We went for our first ever official Valentine's celebration at Menya Musashi @ Ion Orchard. We weren't planning on dining here but as the rain was pouring heavily, we had to change our initial idea of heading to PS, and hence we chanced upon this shop. By the time we arrived there weren't any queue at all, unlike the one at Raffles City.
